Objective
Global postal and logistics business La Poste wanted to streamline its complex product offering and make it easier for its worldwide workforce to understand in more detail the full range of services it offered across the various jurisdictions in which the company operates.
Strategy
Three-sixty worked closely with the La Poste marketing team to design and create an interactive ‘product wizard’. This consisted of a branded pdf, clearly listing information about all the various products and services available in each jurisdiction, along with links to more information about each one. The multi-page document included a linked contents and index so that each jurisdiction could be easily searched and cross referenced. It was posted online for easy access by the entire company.
