Objective
Intelligent POS creates a powerful electronic point of sales systems that it targets predominantly at the start-up hospitality sector – coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés and small retailers. When the company was acquired by Swedish firm iZettle, the marketing team wanted to establish a flow of content that would enable them to engage with its chosen target audience.
Strategy
Three-sixty was brought on board to help create and deliver the content for a series of blogs and eBooks targeting key pain points for start-ups in Intelligent POS’s target sectors, offering constructive advice in the form of top tips. This was done by researching topics across the internet and speaking with experienced businesses in each sector. Three-sixty was also commissioned to set out and deliver a workbook for customers to help them get the most out of a new brandable pre-order app that the company had developed.
